Purchasing multiple items

Please add items to your basket as you wish, because we sell items of varying sizes and at different delivery rates it may be possible to send items together and offer cheaper delivery costs, however we can't deduct this at checkout. It isn't always possible to do this but we will do our utmost to make sure you are charged postage at cost on multiple purchases, in the case of card or Paypal payments this can be refunded straight back to the account concerned, in the case of Cheques, Bankers Drafts or Building Society Cheques received this would be returned by cheque. If you wish to enquire on a rough cost beforehand please don't hesitate to contact us. Overseas customers are especially advised to do this.



Payments

Online Payments are made through PayPal. You don't have to have a Paypal account to use our PayPal checkout, all you need is your credit or debit card. For those customers wanting to pay by card please follow through the checkout procedure and when you get to the Paypal page you will see a line of card symbols and 'Don't have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account (where available). Continue', if you click 'continue' you will be able to finish the process without having to register with Paypal.

Payments can also be made by cheque, postal order or Bankers Draft made payable to Petzotics and sent to the address below with details of your order. If for any reason you do not wish to complete a payment online, please email
sales@petzotics.co.uk.
If paying by cheque, you will be advised when the cheque has arrived and then again when they are clear which can take up to 7 days so please be patient if paying by this method.



Shipping/Delivery

Parcels are sent out via Royal Mail or Parcel Force depending on weight and/or destination whether UK or Abroad. This means that if an item is delivered when no-one is home, the item can be re-delivered at your convenience or collected from your local sorting office.
You will receive an email when the item(s) have been despatched.



Returns

In accordance with distance selling regulations, customers get a cooling-off period of seven days from receiving the goods in which to change their mind about products. In the unlikely event of this happening with your purchase, customers should inform us in writing, either by letter or email of their decision. Our email address is sales@petzotics.co.uk. Our postal address is 31-33 Bexhill Road, St. Leonards-On-Sea, East Sussex, TN38 0AH. Customers will then receive further information on how to proceed. The cost will be refunded within a maximum of 30 days from receipt of Petzotics being informed of the decision. Please note that items must be returned in a brand new and unopened condition, postage will only be refunded on items that are returned due to a fault whether manufacturing or internal.
